Our Transition to Work Club for Employers provides expert coaching to team members on how to handle their first few days and weeks in a new organisation, or how to return to the workplace after an absence – topics that help them make a fantastic first impression and increase productivity from the very start.
Our Employers suggest new topics they’d like to learn too, so we always develop new courses to meet the most pressing needs of our members.
For employers, we offer group memberships that can be for named individuals or a pool of as given number of people. In addition to our individual services, we performa needs analysis to make sure we are coaching to your needs and we also offer a year-end summary to demonstrate the changes and benefits that have accrued. Our techniques are still to coach the individual. The intent is to have them develop confidence coming into the workplace, whether it is the first time or they are returning after a break.
