Staying motivated is something that can get you through each day, week and month . We can all start to feel tired, and less energy to do anything productive/reach our goals…but when we choose to make the effort to do the little things daily, it makes a massive difference in the long run as well as in the short term.

So here are a few tips and tricks that we give our members here at Achievement Academy:

  1. Lists – Take the time to write down what it is you want to achieve, wether that is in the short term or long term. Writing lists can be a very positive addition to every day life because it will remind you of what you want to achieve and why you are doing what you are doing. Lists also are a great for your achievements, especially when you look back at what you have done.

2. Goals- Lists are something you can do every day but goals are something you want to aim for which would be a massive milestone for you to reach/achieve. You may have heard this before but a great tip when setting yourself goals is SMART

  • S – Specific
  • M – Measurable
  • A – Achievable
  • R – Realistic
  • T – Time-based

3. Kindness – Being kind to yourself is so simple yet beneficial when you do so in the right way. This could mean many things, such as taking a day at the end of a hard week to look forward to doing something you love, positively talking to yourself – We are taught to be positive to others so why not try talking positive it yourself. Looking after yourself is most important as this is where we can improve our mindset and those daily things in our lives can become the reason you achieve the next day by taking time for you.

4. People – Surrounding yourself with positive people, wether this is a positive person in the media, or a voice on a meditation video, or even a friend/loved one who encouraged you in everything you do. Being around those that support you and are positive themselves can really give you that hard push to keep being better and to stay motivated.

I hope some of these tips and tricks have helped, let me know if you have any you want to share with us.

Have a great weekend ahead.

Best wishes,

Ilinka.
